How to use Google Translate without Internet connection( Offline)

Gone are the days where one will have to make sure he or she is connected to the Internet before they can make use of the Language Translator.

Google Translator is a very popular service owned by Google Inc and it's main function is to translate from one detected language to any other selected or detected language throughout the whole world.

This new service is only available across the Android platform, so if Google Translator is gonna work for you offline, you need to get an Android device. We hope they update the version of iOS for iPhone, the Web version and the windows version soon.

With the release of the new Google Translator on the Android Platform, Google Translate is capable of working offline with no Internet access. The application works well offline, but you may need to wait a few seconds if you want to translate long texts. Offline translations are less accurate since Google lets you download some simplified language models.

How to use Google Translate offline :

Install the latest version of the Google Translate for Android and you can download the core translation files for more than 50 languages.

More press leaked images of Nokia Lumia 928.

For about a month-and-a-half, we have been seeing a steady stream of leaks related to the as-yet-to-be-announced Nokia Lumia 928 . Now we get to see what @evleaks dubbed, “a final look” at the new Nokia.

Despite all the leaks though, there is a bit that we do not know about the device. We are highly confident that the Lumia 928 will share most of its specifications with the Lumia 920, 1280x768 4.5-inch screen, and OIS 8.7MP camera.

However, the Lumia 928 will be equipped with a xenon/LED flash.
We also think the Lumia 928 will have an aluminum body and like its Lumia 920 counterpart will probably be packing 32GB of non-expandable storage. Other than that, we know what it will look like.

The latest leaked image shows the standard Nokia design motif, buttons aligned down the right side of the device. The left side is clean. The speaker is completely on the back and the microphone on
the front. The profile angles of the Lumia 928 are a bit more revealing. The sides of the device are flat and defined versus the 920’s rounded sides.

Even with the sharper corners, the flat sides give the 928 a bit more in common with the Lucia 822 than the other Lumia models. Using the
920’s design language, we will guess that the SIM tray is on the top along with a 3.5mm headphone jack and the bottom offers up a micro USB plug.

Rumors earlier last month were indicating a release sometime in April. Since Version confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is coming
in May and the BlackBerry Z10 has already launched, there is not much of a windows remaining for the Lumia 928 to gain traction after launch.

Google inc will buy Whatsapp?

In the midst of all the available chat app across all platform, ranging from iOS, Android, Symbian, BlackBerry, Java and Windows Phone, Whatsapp has gained a much more recognition.

Last year, there were rumors about Facebook trying harder to acquire the all platform chat app, which they were unable to, but this year, the giant search engine, Google, is also interested.

According to a source, the bid of acquiring Whatsapp as been on for the past 4 to 5weeks now and the price is said to spiral up to $1 billion.

What's no doubt appealing to Google is that Whatsapp has a monetisation system worked
out. There's a nominal $0.99 subscription fee, but the real cash comes through partnerships with telecoms companies.

I prefer Google acquiring the chat app cuz if Facebook should acquire, that's the end for Whatsapp, you remembered what Facebook did to Naptu?

We'll keep you updated if Google will meet up with Whatsapp's bid.
